Last updated: 2026-05-18

Ternion Fitness & Athletics(“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. What we collect

When you contact us through a form on this website, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), service interest, and message you provide. We also log a hashed version of your IP address and your browser user-agent string for the purpose of rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or social media tracking pixels on this site.

2. Why we collect it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, book an intake conversation, and follow up on your training. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill your inquiry and any subsequent client relationship, plus a reasonable archival period for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting kim@ternion3.com.

4. How we protect it

Submissions are stored in a database on our server with restricted access. Form endpoints are rate-limited and validated against injection patterns. Sensitive credentials (SMTP, database) are kept out of the website codebase and not exposed to the browser.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Submit requests to kim@ternion3.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This site uses only the minimal session cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by updating that date and, where appropriate, contacting active clients directly.
