Parents or coaches looking for serious off-season athletic development.

choose Ternion
Long-term athletic development.
Programming runs in seasons, not weeks. We build training age over years, not chase short-term peaks that break down in playoffs.
Load management built in.
Coaches know the difference between training hard and training to interfere with your team work. Deload weeks and tapering are scheduled around your competition calendar.
Mental performance available.
Sly Walters MSc is on staff. Performance anxiety, pre-competition routines, and mental toughness are addressable without seeing a separate provider.
Athletic therapy under one roof.
A Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT-C) handles injury assessment, rehab, and return-to-play on-site. No fragmenting your support across multiple clinics.

◆ What to Expect
What to Expect
First block focuses on movement quality and baseline strength. Most athletes have technical gaps in lifts and movement patterns that should be addressed before adding load.
Subsequent blocks scale toward sport-specific demands. Speed and agility, sport-specific conditioning, and positional load all factor in.
Progress is measured. Baseline lifts, sprint times, vertical, conditioning markers. The numbers improve across seasons, not just weeks.
Phase 01
Assessment.
Movement screen, sport-specific baselines, training-age conversation. Coaches identify the gaps to close first.
Phase 02
Programming.
Block periodization built around your team schedule. Strength, speed and agility, conditioning balanced against in-season load.
Phase 03
Progression.
Year-over-year development. Athletes who train with us across multiple seasons see compounded gains in durability and performance.
