For over 18 years, we’ve developed training programs that have improved mechanical efficiency, erased dysfunction, and enhanced overall speed and performance.

Mastering Fundamentals is the foundation in any sport. Ternion’s group training allows young athletes an entry point to experiencing professional athletic training, while in a group setting.
Our Group Training is designed to teach young athletes how to improve their movements, build core strength, and enhance their coordination. At the same time having fun with other like minded athletes in the group.
As the athletes improve, so too their confidence. Group Training is a key feature in building self-esteem for young athletes.

Want results? Our approach to personal training is a full-body blasting experience. We view the body as a unit and train it that way. Changing your entire body over a short period of time. We attack the midsection in every session, making sure your core is high priority. Then we incorporate compound movements that is sure to get your metabolism fired up for the day.
